Should you receive damaged or defective items, claims must be made within 4 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date.If you are not satisfied with your order, you must request to claim a return within 5 BUSINESS DAYS from the confirmed order delivery date. ALL PACKAGES MUST BE UNOPENED AND INCLUDE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURES’ PACKAGING AND ORIGINAL LABEL. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags. Refunds are not available – only store credit is available. Refunds will not be issued. All sales of items marked as “SALE” or have been discounted are FINAL and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To file a claim on a damaged item or return, please email or call customer service for your return authorization request. If you choose to email, please include your PO# in the subject line and the following information:

  • Receiver Name
  • Address
  • Invoice Number
  • Style Number
  • Quantity & Color
  • Reason for Return

All return packages attempted to be delivered without a return authorization (claim) number will be declined and shipped back to the sender.

The merchandise must be unworn and be accompanied by the original invoice.  In some occasions, refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or returned due to customers’ error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

Please note again, “sale Items” are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange or refunds.

Please note that shipping charges will be at the expense of the buyer.

 Refunds/Store Credit Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
