How soon will my item(s) ship?

– Most items will ship out within 3 business days, during high volume orders may delay. If you require expedited shipping**, please notify us upon ordering your item(s) on the requested time frame. Please note this is subjected to extra shipping cost.

What if the merchandise is NOT In-stock?

-Charges made of unavailable items will be credited back to your payment method. At this time, no back orders (pre-orders) available.

How do I Return/Exchange a merchandise?

– Upon receiving your item(s), please contact customer service within 48hrs of receiving your shipment. You will need a ROM form and R-O-A number before being able to return or exchange your merchandise.

An Item is Missing from my Shipment.

– Please contact Customer Service immediately, in regards to exchange the merchandise missing from your shipment.

Do I have to pay Sale Tax?

How do I track my order?

– Once your order is “Processed” , you will be able to log in to your ” My Account” area to find tracking number and details of your shipment.

Do you ship to my Country?

– We ship to most countries, if your country is not listed once your process your order you may contact us directly to confirm whether we currently ship to your country.

How do I cancel an order?

– Within your “My Account” section, select the item order and notify us to cancel your order. Our representatives will cancel the transaction , and remit your payment with 24hrs or less.

How to “Check0ut” item(s)?

– Simply add your chosen item(s) and proceed with checkout , fill out pertinent information. You can select the option to checkout as a “guest” .

– Once you have placed items in the “cart” , you have the option to register your account or checkout as a “guest”.

How to find out if my order(s) has shipped out ?

– Log into your Account and you will see your latest order details and tracking number.

When will my “back-order” be shipped?

– Back-orders will ship out once item become available. You will be notified on item(s) shipment once they have shipped out.
